These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the accommodation services provided by VILLA VIEW ("the Property"). By making a reservation, you agree to these Terms.
1. Reservations
・ Reservations are accepted through our official website, Beds24, or partner OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, Trip.com, etc.).
・ A confirmation email will be sent upon completion of your reservation.
・ For reservations made through our official website, the full amount is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Payment on arrival is not available.
・ For reservations made through an OTA, payment follows the method specified by that OTA.
2. Check-in / Check-out
・ Check-in: After 15:00
・ Check-out: By 10:00
・ For extensions, please consult us in advance (additional fees may apply).
3. Cancellation Policy
For direct website reservations, cancellation fees are as follows:
・ Up to 14 days before stay: Free
・ 13 to 7 days before: 30% of accommodation fee
・ 6 days to 1 day before: 50% of accommodation fee
・ Day of stay / no-show: 100% of accommodation fee
* OTA reservations follow the respective OTA's cancellation policy.
* Cancellations due to natural disasters or transportation suspension may be discussed individually.
4. Maximum Occupancy
・ We do not accept use exceeding the maximum number of guests.
・ All persons, including infants, count toward the maximum capacity.
5. Prohibited Acts
The following are prohibited within and around our facility:
・ Smoking inside the house (the entire interior is non-smoking). A special cleaning fee of JPY 50,000 will be charged if smoking is found.
・ Loud noises (especially after 22:00)
・ Unauthorized third-party entry or stay
・ Animals other than small dogs (except service dogs)
・ Intentional damage to facilities or equipment
・ Illegal acts or acts against public order
6. Damages
If our facilities, equipment, or amenities are damaged or lost due to your willful act or negligence, we will charge the actual cost of repair or replacement.
7. Disclaimer
・ We are not responsible for theft or loss of your personal belongings. Please use the safe box for valuables.
・ We are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or water suspension.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect upon posting on our website.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the Naha District Court as the court of first instance.
