Payment Timing
The full amount, including the room rate and the cleaning fee, is charged to your credit card at the time of reservation.

If payment cannot be confirmed, the reservation is cancelled automatically.
Service Delivery
Service begins on the reserved check-in date for the duration of your stay.
Returns / Cancellations
Due to the nature of accommodation services, returns are not accepted.
Cancellations follow our Terms & Cancellation Policy:
・ Up to 14 days before stay: Free
・ 13 to 7 days before: 30% of accommodation fee
・ 6 days to 1 day before: 50% of accommodation fee
・ Day of stay / no-show: 100% of accommodation fee
OTA reservations follow the respective OTA's cancellation policy.
